    Hi Juliedrish,
    The blue rocker is made of hard plastic and as good as brand new. It comes with armrest and can be reclined to about 160 degrees, to rock baby/toddler (manual rocking). It also comes with a colourful cushion (fabric) with lace that lines the rocker for the child’s comfort. It rocks smoothly and is quiet, unlike those made of metal with nettings. I still remembered I rocked my baby to sleep in the living hall while I watched TV and that substituted as her bed when she fell asleep. Very convenient to use as it eliminates the trouble to go to/fro the bedroom to check on her. Do let me know shd u wish to view it or the picture.
