Most Condo Management Corporation do not allow bigger dogs in the estate due to various reasons. One of which is the 'control' of the dog when the owner/maid brings them down to do their daily business and the other reason could be that if there are children around, they may be frightened by the size of the dog. Also bear in mind that owners do not allow cats or dogs in case they damage their furniture and fixtures especially when they sharpen their claws.
