    I had view the unit, like it very much however no bank can match this price or anything close to it. the highest I had was from standard Chartered but only $650K, UOB only $580K. I dont have so much to top up the difference. And Also im only willing to pay only $750K max for this unit. If anyone can secure this price I will place a 5% deposit.
