If I rent my unit, how much does agency fees cost per year ?

    Hi Chan, it all depends whether it is a 12-month or 24 month lease. if 12 month , agency fee is only 1/2 mth rental. 24mths - agency fee will be 1 month rental. I have clients looking for rental units, pls call me at 98776601, thanks
