My Budget is 1000.00 to 1300.00

Location can be anywhere, but convenient to go to my office which is at Paya Lebar and to the City.

Preferred Location: Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris, Semei, Eunos, Macpherson, or your Suggested place.
