An ideal shop space for unisex massage & pedicure services

I need advice & suggestions on any ideal or good location for starting an unisex massage (shoulder/foot) & pedicure services for age group of 20-40.

    Hi, if you are on budget, go for HDB retail outlet, near school or supermarket. You need a good size of 350 sq ft in order to do both massage and M/Pedicure. There are ventillation, storage, privacy, water supply and drainage issue which required very careful planning. Ideally will be in shopping area, but most of the players are dominated by franchise or well known brand.
