Comfort Delgro Warranty

Looking at PI cars over the weekend. Many if not all told me that Comfort Delgro issues the warranty for the car I am looking at..Checked with Comfort and realized that they are 'authorized workshop' and not issuing warranty. They will go back to agent or a 3rd party to get the green light should anything requires changing under the warranty. Isn't it similar that PI warrants the car??Or this 3rd party warrants it?? If any of them fold the business, what happens to my warranty??
