Unethical Employer that confuses employee's salary by making them contribute EMPLOYER's CPF contribution

Wonder anyone has encounter this? Deducting employer's CPF contribution from the employee's pay? There are unethical employer that actually will mislead the employee in believing that their salary is much higher by presenting their salary to them as before deducting the prevailing EMPLOYER CPF contribution from the employee's pay. They will use whatever figure they fancy to calculate the CPF contribution so that they will pay the least amount of money. I wonder if anyone has come across such unethical employer? This is outright despicable. Playing with CPF percentage and they still claim that they are right. I am so upset with such people. Anyone who has encounter similar experiences, care to share? I think there must be a way to penalise employer like them. What can be done?

Employers are required to indicate their employees' gross salary (before the CPF amount) when filing for CPF contributions to the CPF Board every month.

If there is any malpractice by the employer, then it is a contravene to the CPF Act, report such abuse to the CPF Board for investigation. It does not matter whether you are an executive or a junior staff.

Its an executive level job, I dunno if MOM will handle since executive is not covered under Employment Act.
