Unhappy over CGW & ST701 .. Defects no one reply my emails at all till now !!

So far, i had join 3 sprees over at ST 701.I think this will be my last time.I just receive my 2nd & 3rd sprees together yesterday, when i open up. My Old Navy stuffs is in perfect condition. But when i open up my Forever 21 dress & accessories.The dress has a loose thread, causing the dress to be damage. It's appear at the front part of my tube dress. How am i suppose to wear it?
I contact CGW live chat yesterday, they could not give me ways to resolve but ask me contact Forver 21 on my own.I purchase through ST701, where am i going to have the receipt. Moreover CGW do break bulking, how can CGW be so sure they are not the one to damage it.So far till now, ST701 or CGW has not yet contacted me.I hope everyone think twice before ordering through here.

    Hi,

    But its kind of unfair to me as i do not have the receipt as proof of purchase.

    Its kind of rude for ST701 or CGW to simply just tell me that you guys take special care.

    So what are you trying to tell me?

    I am the one who do that to my dress or you want me to pay for the shipping to ship back.

    Simply i feel it is very unfair for me to pay for the shipping charges.

    Not the money nor shipping charges that is making me piss.

    But it is the responsible of CGW & ST701 to make sure i receive items in good condition.

    You guys just simply brush off the issue with not a satisfy email.

    Soon i got a reply from CGW after ST701 help me forward my complain. This is the reply i got from them!!
