How do you know your size?

Hey..I'm interested in spreeing some Victoria Secrets stuff...but I'm afraid the size might be too big.. I'm quite skinny..
Anyone spree VS before? Can give an idea how the sizes are like?

    I have ordered from VS Spree box before, the size chart provided on the VS website is quite accurate. :) Btw, best you check out with ST701 before starting a spree. Apparently ST701 is not allowed to have VS Sprees anymore? http://shops.st701.com/questions/view/3771
