Who Says The Market is Bad? - Freehold Properties are Clearing!

Is the market really bad? Why are the freehold new launches selling like fishes in the wet market?

Food for thoughts (31st Mar 09):
1) The Alexis (Feb)-->> Fully Sold
2) The Mercury (Mar)-->> All Sold [except PH]
3) Kembangan Suites (Mar) -->> Only shops left
4) The Arte -->> Selling really fast!!!

Has Singapore Market really reached the lowest?

Whilst the Govt can influence the market by removing financial schemes, they cannot influence the cost of construction and since Singapore is just a "little red dot" it is best to invest in freehold or 999 yr tenure. 99 yr leaseholds are also good investments if the size of the land is large say over a 1000 sq ft for an average-sized unit which will translate into an
en-bloc potential. The single good thing about freehold or 999 is that time-based disadvantages are ruled out such as low valuations as the project gets much older.

I agreed as myself see buyers rushing in to buy properties now as prices are low and freehold tenure, prime location near to mrt or mins to orchard and CBD areas.when to buy?what to buy? please ask yourself what is your needs and how long u want to wait till the prices drop to bottom?by the time is the units u want still available??good thing always gone before u grab it, so seize the opportunity while u still can!! dun hesitate and make your choice and decision before the unit gone!

    RV suites- Fully sold
    Parc Sophia -Fully sold
more projects selling fast and will be fully sold soon,so dun wait and hesitate or else your choice home will be gone!
