Kembangan Suites in Dist 14 - A good buy? need your comments.

I was introduce to this project at Jln Masjid off Kembangan - Kembangan Suites.

I am very bad in Floor Plan and sizes.

This is my first investment buy. Really need your comments.

How big is 40sq meters ? their Studio is starting from 40sqm with Bomb Shelter.

2 + S is about 50-55sqm.
It is really small considering coming with "Bomb Shelter".
The marketing agent told me it is an Excellent Investment.

The price is about $950psf to $1095psf.

Are these sizes small?
I read about Mickey Mouse projects in the newspaper, are these sizes consider "Mickey Mouse" Projects??

The selling price seem to me very Expensive for such location in Dist 14.

Although the Selling Price Quantum of between $3xxK to 5xxK is within my means.

Any Comments to help me to decide in buying this project?

    My personal view is that the price must within my means and feel comfortable when servicing the bank loan. I can feel that there is a high demand in studio units nowadays and there are more developers launching this kind of small unit. Secondly, the location must be good and easy access this also meet the requirement. In my point of view, this is a good investment otherwise all units will not have been sold out on the first day of launch.

    This is crap. It is just too small to live in. You will regret when you want to sell later. There are others in the same area selling around 700-800psf. Don't act rashfully and be succumbed to the pressure, seeing so many people commit.
