Which property company is the best?

I'm wondering which property company is the best in term of coaching new agent. So far I been a few companies however seem to me, the Managers seem to be very busy handling other stuffs. I'm not too sure whether is it due to the nature of the big operation of the company, that why they had no time to guide and focus on development of new agent. Or maybe it is advisable to join a smaller property company so that they are more focus on their people orientated?

    What i would say if findign the right mentor or manager who can guide you along is on top of which property company that you are looking for. Once you have the right skill, you can move to a more reputable company.
