Same thing happened to me, but with different merchant. I emailed them and did not receive any reply. Finally, they sent an email saying there was a problem processing my order.. So the order was cancelled! Can u beat that.. By then, most of the items I wanted to order already went out of stock!

Btw, at least u receive info that your order reach Sg. I don't get those emails until a few days AFTER the items have been delivered to my house!

Now thinking twice before joining a spree...there was a glitch with my first order too. I still prefer vPostUSA. It's track-able, reliable and customer service is always prompt and efficient... and i don't mind the higher charges ;)

Have you tried emailing ST701 about this? My friend has a similar case.. she emailed ST701 then someone from Comgateway called her and arranged her delivery. It came quite fast after that.

If CGW services still not improving, i think no one will join the spree here again.
