    instead of running from bank to bank to bank, to compare their cryptic rates and conditions, i'd recommend you approach an independent loan broker. they'll be able to assess your needs and recommend the optimal loan package from the right bank. check out

    It really depends on which instrument you're referring to. Most of the time, housing loan rates are pretty competitive. You can always take advantage of bank agents (agents who works on housing loan rates and gives advice on when to switch when another bank offers a better rate)
