Do you recce the workplace that you will be interviewed at?

Does anyone ever attempt to go to the location, before the actual interview" to "spy" on what it's like?

Like the dress code, working environment etc.

    Yes, but only for jobs in areas not familiar to me, or where public transport is not as common. Eg., places like Admiralty, Tuas, Kranji, Senoko etc. If job is in CBD or central areas, then no need lah.
